Hi, To answer this question you have to be well aware of many factors:
1 - What kind of clients will you aim at?
If you just want your clothes to be affordable by a large public, then you don't have and shouldn't invest a lot of money like you would for high-end clothes
2 - How many designs do you want to commercialize?
This is very important, if you have a limited buget, you should start small and expand your clothing line gradually.

Where is your office located in London?
Answer : Ellen Clothing Manufacturer is a French clothing company based in France (just outside of Paris) with a sewing factory in Vietnam.
We are organized to provide as much of the service that only a local clothing company can provide. We do not have an office in London.
We provide quality clothes at low cost direct from Vietnam.
This UK number (+44 208 133 5640) is a special service that we use to make it easier for our clients in England or in the rest of Europe to contact us.
You only pay local rate when you call me on this phone number.
2, Will you ship your clothes to Norway?
We don't only ship to Norway, we make and ship clothes to any of our customers from any where in the world.
3, Can you provide me with a fabric in the exact colour that I require?
- For plain fabric : we will have it tinted exactly the color you want.
- For pattern fabric We have 2 options :
+ First option : we can order directly from our fabric suppliers whatever colors you want. However they sometimes require a minimum order of 2500 square meters per colour.
+ Second option : For smaller quantity, if it is not possible to source out the fabric you want, then we will do our best to source out the most similar fabric for you.
I will first get one of our sewers to take a look at the stocks in our clothing factory, and there is still a good chance that our fabric suppliers have some nice fabric in stock right now.
4, can you hold the quoted price for us?
The price is subject to change depend on the price of fabric and material at the time we make your clothes,
However once we have confirmed acceptance of your clothing order,
we will do our best to hold the quoted price for you.
But If we can't (rarely happen) then we will offer you two options :
Make an additional payment to cover the increase in the cost of materials to stay on track of your clothing project or we can look into other ways and find an alternative.
5, Does this price of the clothes include delivery?
If you are familiar with customs clearance then we will offer you FOB price and you will take care of shipping your garments to your door,
If not We will charge you more for delivery and we will take care of your clothes until it reach your address.
6,Is there any quotas or anti-dumping duty for garments from Vietnam to enter European clothes market?
In the past few years Vietnam has built great relationship with various partners of European countries and has removed any barrers for trade in garment industry.
7, Hoodies and Jeans must be very popular in UK market, almost 30% of my UK customers ask for these clothes.
8, can you make our jeans with our denim fabric?
Sure, We can make your clothes with fabric and materials that you supply. But If it is not unique fabric, then We suggest you let us take care of sourcing the fabric and making your clothes.
As in Vietnam we have easy access to many Denim fabric suppliers who regularly offer us great fabric at a very competitive price.
9, How to get our T-shirts made in China?
Your t-shirts won't be made in china, they will be made in Vietnam. Give me a call first we will discuss the various steps regarding getting made to order t-shirts.. Basically, we'll need you to email us some descriptions of your t-shirts such as : dimensions of your t-shirts, logos to be printed or embroidered on your t-shirts...and our own designer will do the rest for you.
